Everybody knows buying home is not easy…Especially if it is first time…If you moved recently to a completely new city, or state…If you were born in a different country and have very little idea about the process of purchasing home.  Fortunately my agent was Pam.  Not only she helped me to negotiate better price but she also guided me through the whole process and arranged every step – from home inspection to finding a new lender when my first loan application was denied.  Most important she was available by email virtually 24/7 – the thing I believe greatly contributed to the success of the deal.  I would like to thank Pam, and my opinion corroborates the opinion of many other participants – lenders, lawyers, et al whom I communicated with: Pam is very good and experienced agent.
